1. Eligibility and Account Security
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- Account Responsibility: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or demonstrate suspicious activities.
2. Service Description & Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
- Core Services: The Service provides AI-powered video translation, dubbing, subtitle generation, voice synthesis, and related content localization tools.
- Fair Usage: To ensure optimal performance for all users, our Service is subject to a Fair Usage Policy. We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or suspend access to the Service if your usage significantly exceeds typical user patterns or places an unreasonable burden on our servers and AI processing infrastructure.
3. User Content and Intellectual Property
- Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of any videos, audio files, subtitles, scripts, or other materials you upload ("User Content").
- License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a temporary, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, and execute necessary AI transformations on such content strictly for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Content Warranties: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights (including copyright and right of publicity) for the User Content, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. AI-Generated Output & Ownership
- Output Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all rights to the translated videos, dubbed audio, and subtitles generated by the Service from your User Content ("Generated Content").
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI is a probabilistic technology. We do not guarantee the linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or error-free nature of the Generated Content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing the Generated Content before public distribution or commercial use.
5. Acceptable Use Policy & AI Content Guidelines
Vosko AI is strictly a video translation and localization tool designed to help creators and businesses overcome language barriers. We do not provide tools for generating synthetic media from scratch, nor do we support the creation of deepfakes or unauthorized identity replication.
Prohibited Content and Activities (Applies to All Inputs and Outputs)
To ensure compliance with legal standards and our payment processors' requirements, this Prohibited Use Policy applies to all of our services—including Text-to-Speech (TTS)—and strictly governs all input and output content. You explicitly agree NOT to use our services to upload, translate, generate, or process any of the following:
- Child Safety Violations: Any content that creates, distributes, or promotes sexually explicit material, exploitation, abuse, cyberbullying, or harassment involving minors.
- Impersonation, Deepfakes & Political Interference: Content that attempts to impersonate, mimic, or replicate the voice or likeness of celebrities, politicians, public figures, or any real, identifiable person without their explicit, documented consent. Furthermore, you must not use the Service in the context of elections for voter suppression, impersonation of political candidates or government officials, political campaigning, or to solicit votes and funds.
- Illegal Acts & Contraband: Content that infringes upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties, or facilitates the trade of illegal goods, services, or substances (e.g., narcotics, weapons, human trafficking).
- Unauthorized Copyrighted Material: Movies, TV shows, music videos, or any third-party content for which you do not hold the necessary licenses or commercial rights.
- High-Risk Activities & Unverified Advice: The unauthorized promotion or provision of controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, or prescription drugs. Providing tailored professional advice (such as medical/health advice, legal services, or financial/lending consultation) without professional oversight and clear AI disclosure. Promoting real-money gambling or high-risk automated decision-making.
- Fraud, Predatory, or Abusive Behavior: Using the Service for deception intended to cause harm (e.g., phishing for sensitive personal information, financial scams), bypassing product safeguards or security mechanisms (e.g., voice-based CAPTCHAs), unauthorized automated outbound calling (robocalling), or sending spam. Fabricated imagery, audio, or video presented as a genuine record of real events with the intent to mislead or spread misinformation is strictly prohibited.
- Inappropriate, Violent, or Hateful Content: Adult content, sexually explicit material, hate speech, or content promoting violence and discrimination. This includes violent threats, extremism, inciting self-harm, or harassment. (Note: Fictional contexts, such as character dialogue in novels, gaming, or film, may have limited exemptions provided they do not involve extreme gore or violence, though our technical support maintains strict scrutiny over such sensitive content).
Strict Policy on Voice Preservation and Timbre Matching
Our Service strictly prohibits the malicious use of AI to deceive or harm. When utilizing our voice preservation and translation features, you agree to the following:
- Explicit Consent & Ownership: You may only process and retain your original voice or the voice of individuals in your uploaded videos if you are the legal owner of the media, or if you have obtained explicit, documented consent from all featured parties.
- Strictly Prohibited Uses: You must NOT use the Service to impersonate politicians, celebrities, private individuals, or public figures without authorization. You must NOT intentionally replicate someone's voice to generate deepfakes, unauthorized voice mimicry, or manipulated media for fraud, harassment, misinformation, deception, non-consensual explicit content, or any unlawful purposes.
System Security, APIs, and Vosko Policy Violations
In addition to the content rules above, you also agree strictly NOT to engage in any of the following technical or policy violations that threaten our network, mission, or system security:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or exploit our AI models, APIs, or software.
- Assist in the creation of malware, conduct unauthorized network access/monitoring, or upload malware, viruses, or materials that disrupt the Service.
- Bypass any paywalls, credit limits, or security measures.
- Violate Vosko's mission and usage policies, including but not limited to: utilizing free-tier accounts for commercial purposes, reselling our services, using crawlers to maliciously scrape data, or registering multiple accounts to maliciously exploit free credit allocations.
- Use the Service or its outputs to train competing AI models, large language models, or machine learning algorithms.
Automated Moderation & Translation Failure
We employ strict, automated content moderation systems. If our system detects the presence of recognized public figures, celebrities, or copyrighted footprints in your uploaded video, the translation process will automatically fail and be blocked.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without a refund and report to law enforcement authorities if you attempt to bypass these security measures or repeatedly violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
User Responsibility & Compliance Summary
You are solely responsible for the videos you upload. By initiating a translation task, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to process the individuals featured in the media.
In Summary: Provided your use case does not involve any of the prohibited behaviors outlined above (such as fraud, unauthorized impersonation, illegal medical/legal advice, or endangering others), and you possess the legal rights and consents to the voices and media used, your use of the Service is entirely compliant and welcome.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, Credits, and Refunds
Payment Policy
All payments for subscriptions, credit packs, and other services are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you authorize Vosko AI (and our designated payment partners) to charge the applicable fees, including any applicable taxes.
- Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
- Failed Payments: If a payment method fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or downgrade your access to premium features until the outstanding balance is resolved.
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals and billing. However, cancellation does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your premium features and credits until the end of your currently paid billing period.
Credit Consumption
Certain features (e.g., video rendering, audio generation, translation) require the consumption of account credits. Credits are deducted upon the initiation of a generation task. Because AI processing incurs immediate and irreversible computational costs, credits used for generation cannot be restored unless the failure was caused directly by a system error on our end.
Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when using Vosko AI. We offer a 7-Day Refund Policy for eligible purchases (e.g., completely unused services or critical technical failures). To protect our platform from abuse and cover the immediate computational costs of AI, refunds will NOT be provided in situations including, but not limited to:
- Extensive service usage (e.g., consuming more than 15% of your credits).
- Successfully exporting or downloading generated content.
- Failure to cancel your subscription prior to an automatic renewal.

7. Data Privacy and Retention
We respect your privacy and manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. To ensure security and optimize storage, all User Content and Generated Content are subject to our 7-day auto-deletion policy, after which they are permanently removed from our servers.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI outputs will be flawless or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or dependence on AI-generated content. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

As a company incorporated in Hong Kong, we strictly abide by the laws of Hong Kong. These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You explicitly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
