No. If you enable the AI Dubbing feature, our engine automatically separates the vocal track from the background. We replace the vocals with the translated AI voice while completely preserving your original background music (BGM) and sound effects (SFX).

Yes. Simply toggle on the Subtitle Eraser before starting the translation. The visual engine will automatically detect and cleanly erase original on-screen text, providing a clean background for your new translated subtitles.

Yes. Our audio engine automatically detects and segregates different speakers in the transcript. This allows you to review who said what, and the AI will appropriately assign distinct voices to each speaker during the dubbing process.

While our engine operates at an industry-leading accuracy rate for conversational content, highly specialized industry jargon may require minor review. We highly recommend using the Bulk Replace feature in the Interactive Workspace to instantly standardize specific technical terms across the entire video before final export.

Vosko gives you full flexibility to download exactly what you need. Depending on your workflow, you can export:

• Generated Video: A high-definition, merged video file complete with the translated AI voiceover and burned-in subtitles.
• Separate Audio File: The isolated, translated voice track (e.g., .WAV) for your own external video editing.
• Subtitle Files: Standalone text files for both the Original Subtitles and the Translated Subtitles (.SRT).

Absolutely. In the Subtitle Editing panel, you have full control over the typography. You can change the Font Family, Font Weight, Color, Stroke (Outline), and exact screen positioning (X/Y offset) to ensure it aligns perfectly with your brand aesthetic.

The AI automatically attempts to adjust the pacing of the generated audio to fit the original timeframe. However, if the translated text is significantly longer than the original script, we recommend manually editing the text in the workspace to be more concise. This prevents the AI voice from speaking unnaturally fast.

Yes. If your production volume increases, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The system will automatically prorate the cost difference and instantly add the new tier's credit allowance to your balance.

Annual plans cannot be switched to monthly billing mid-cycle. To make the switch, you must cancel your current annual subscription's auto-renewal. Once your annual billing cycle concludes, you can then resubscribe using a monthly plan.

You can cancel your subscription by following our step-by-step cancellation tutorial. (We are rolling out an update soon that will allow you to cancel directly from the Billing tab in your Account Settings). After canceling, you will retain access to your current subscription credits and platform features until the end of your active billing cycle.

No. If a task fails due to a system error, format incompatibility, or processing timeout (Status Code: -1 or -2), our system automatically detects the failure and refunds the exact credit amount back to your balance immediately.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for eligible purchases (e.g., unused subscriptions, accidental purchases, or critical technical failures). However, to protect our computational resources, we cannot offer refunds if you have already consumed a substantial amount of credits or if you have exported/downloaded generated content. You retain 100% full ownership of all original media and generated content. Vosko AI claims no copyright over your translated videos or dubbed audio. You have complete rights to publish, distribute, and monetize your localized content across any platform (e.g., YouTube, social media, or commercial broadcasting).

Yes, provided you have the legal right to do so. You must only dub your own voice or voices for which you have explicit, documented consent from the original speaker. Unauthorized dubbing of public figures, celebrities, or third parties without permission violates our Terms of Service and is strictly prohibited.

To ensure absolute privacy and optimize system performance, all project files are kept for exactly 7 days and are then automatically and permanently deleted from our system. Please ensure you download your completed videos within this window.

Yes. You are always in control of your data. You can manually delete any project from your "My Projects" dashboard at any time. Once deleted, the media files and generated assets are instantly and permanently wiped from our servers and cannot be recovered.
